Return Policy

At Costa Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period: You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and tags attached.

How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@costamilanoclub.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your purchase back to the sender address listed on the shipping label. Returns sent without prior written authorization and instruction from our team will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and sent via a traceable international shipping service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

Exchanges & Sizing: Due to our exclusive production management, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to sizing mistakes or customer ordering errors. Please review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing. We only replace or exchange items if they are proven to have production defects or arrived damaged from our workshop. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@costamilanoclub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our authorized corporate facilities, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
